From Movement to Practice
Saturday & Sunday, 12th– 13thof May 2018
From the DNA double helix to the muscular design of the human body, spirals are powerful expressions of nature’s fluid and dynamic energy.
In this workshop, we will explore key spiraling movement patterns that unify the whole body. We’ll further enliven our learning through hands-on practice. The approach is my own and is eclectic, drawing inspiration from the work of Tom Myers, among others.
Come join me in this voyage of discovery and achieve a deeper understanding of ease and connection in your use. All teachers, trainees and those with introductory knowledge of the Technique are welcome.
