Discover the ways to lessen the impact on your joints in daily living.
If you have arthritis or simply feel stiff, this class is for you. Come learn tips on how to move with greater ease and less pain. Teacher Glenna Batson will lead the group through SIMPLE & SAFE movement sequences designed to gain body knowledge. The class builds on principles from the Alexander Technique, a method of MINDFUL practice applied to daily activities. Whether your goal is to ‘get moving’, find freedom of movement, or simply enjoy yourself, you’ll uncover the FUN-damentals of joint health.
