At Ease Alexander technique

The Alexander Technique is a simple and dynamic process of learning to restore your body’s natural balance and support.

It is an approach to mindfulness in motion, a dynamic process of learning to move more easily, freely and safely. Clients will experience a sense of lightness as their body comes into balance and they learn to let go of chronic tensions that interfere with your natural energy and poise.

Named after its founder, F.M. Alexander (1869-1955), the Alexander Technique has a century long track record in helping people improve postural poise, breathing and coordination in daily activities and skilled performance. The Technique has helped the elderly achieve greater physical comfort, improved balance and a renewed sense of safety and confidence.  The Technique is a practical guide to approaching life with greater flexibility and harmony of body, mind, and spirit.
